Hello, my name is Franziska Waclik, and I am a colourlight coach. I have more than 15 years' experience in the application of colourlight according to Dinshah Ghadiali. l'd be happy to support you if you'd like to learn about and try out the application of colourlight. For me, there's nothing more natural than combining a healthy lifestyle with light and colours. This unique combination helps you build a deeper connection with your own body and gain new, inner insights. Through 'heile heile', I'd like to share my knowledge of light and colours so that you, too, can have this experience.

My own journey has taught me that health — and indeed, living with illness — cannot be permanently resolved through medication, surgery or injections alone. Healing can only take place within ourselves:

  • through a change in lifestyle,
  • in a healthy environment and
  • a transformative inner attitude

And that when we are ready to change the old circumstances that have made us 'ill', the greatest gift awaits us: healing.

For me, healing is a conscious Way of life. Either illness is no longer necessary, or it is a signal for change. That is Why I have named my company heile heile, because for me, healing is a process that requires attention and patience, because every person possesses the capacity for self-healing, and because change and healing are inextricably linked. Through heile heile, I wish to encourage people to naturally support their health and recovery with colourlight. For me, this is the most innovative and well-tried healing method.

I learnt about colourlight from my mother-in-law, Osanna Ulrike Waclik. She taught colourlight first in Austria in the 1990s and later abroad and practiced it throughout her life. Leading experts and therapists were trained by her. Under the motto 'Every household should have a colour lamp', she brought Dinshah's vision to the world with boundless passion, enthusiasm and an immeasurable wealth of experience. With heile heile, I wish to carry on her work and spread the use of colourlight throughout the world.
