I haven't received an order confirmation. Has my order been received?

If you haven't received an order confirmation with an order number, it's safe to assume that we haven't received your order.
Sometimes a typo creeps in when entering your email address, which is why the confirmation may not have arrived. Please contact us at info@heileheile.at, and we'll check your order in the system.

Can I cancel my order or make any changes?

You have up to four hours after placing your order to make changes or cancel it. After that, this is no longer possible. For urgent matters, please contact info@heileheile.at.

How can I pay?

Our payment service providers use the highest security standards to protect your data and ensure a smooth payment process. Not all payment methods may be available to every customer at all times. The availability of payment methods is checked anew for each order via an automated process. Thank you for your understanding.

How do you dispatch orders?

We dispatch all our products via Hermes international.

How long does delivery take?

With international delivery, goods will arrive in approx. 8-10 working days.

How much are the delivery charges?

We ship via Hermes International, and the shipping cost is €18.30 per parcel.

How can I track my delivery?

You can track your order via the tracking service once it has been dispatched. You'll find the tracking link with the parcel number in your dispatch confirmation, which we'll send to you by email.

How do I return the goods?

If, for any reason, you decide you no longer want an item you've purchased from us, you're welcome to return it to us within 14 days of delivery. To do so, the colourlight lamp set must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the return delivery costs.

As soon as the goods have arrived at our premises, we will check them upon receipt (to ensure they are unused, complete and in their original packaging) and refund the amount.

How can I exchange an item?

If an item doesn't suit you after all and you'd prefer a different lamp model, you're welcome to return the goods to us (unused, complete and in their original packaging) within 14 days of delivery, and you'll receive your replacement order once we've received the returned goods.

How can I make a complaint?

We carefully check every colourlight bulb set before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you do happen to receive a faulty or defective colourlight bulb, please contact our customer support immediately at info@heileheile.at. We will look into your enquiry and find a suitable solution for you. When making a complaint, please state the reason as 'poor/unsatisfactory quality' and include a photo of the fault. We will then assess your complaint in advance, and you will receive a returns label for free return postage.

Die Farbfilter werden vor der Verarbeitung überprüft and mit großer Sorgfalt von Hand bearbeitet and zugeschnitten. Wir liefern immer die Roscolene®-Farbfilter der Firma Rosco®. Diese können teilweise leichte Oberflächenspuren aufweisen, die schon bei der Auslieferung des Filtermaterials durch den Hersteller vorhanden sind. Diese haben jedoch keine Auswirkungen auf die Qualität des Farblichtes und sind daher auch kein Reklamationsgrund.

Deformation of the filters: Ensure that there is always a minimum gap of approx. 1.5 cm (ventilation Slot) between the edge of the housing and the colour filter, so that the warm air from the incandescent bulb can escape and the colour foils do not become deformed. Vary the orientation when inserting the colour filters; use both sides, i.e. once with the pattern facing left and once with the pattern facing right. The colour filters are the heart of the colourlight lamp. Please therefore handle them with great care. How the colour filters are handled is crucial to the effectiveness of the colourlight lamp. Warping of the colour filters is not a clear indication of poor material quality and therefore excludes the right to a return or exchange.

Attaching and detaching the filter holder from the lampshade too frequently can cause the surface to scratch more easily. The filter holder is not designed for regular attachment and detachment. Please note that scratched housing is not ground for a complaint and therefore excludes the right to a refund or exchange.

The following tips are intended to help you use the colour filters correctly:

1. Follow the instructions for use
2. Handle the colour filters carefully by the edge or the handle (where the number is on).
3. Protect the colour filters well from dust and scratches. Store the colour filters in the folder when you are not using them; this ensures they are well protected.
4. Before each colourlight session, check that the ventilation gap between the filter and the housing is at least 1.5 cm.
5. When changing the light bulb, check the maximum wattage specified on the housing (type Plate) for the bulb.
6. Insert the colour filters into the filter holders, alternating between left-hand and right-hand orientation.
7. Do not leave the coloured lamp switched on and unattended for long periods; one hour maximum.

heile heile presents a small range of products for colourlight application at home. Our aim is to explain colourlight therapy in a simple and understandable way, thereby enabling home use with the best possible equipment. The lamps are manufactured by Rabalux, a company headquartered in Hungary. We have developed our own filter holders in Austria to fit these lamps. To ensure the colours are produced in accordance with Dinshah's principles, the Dinshah Health Society has recommended the use of ROSCO filter foils since 1979, which must be combined according to specific instructions. heile heile exclusively offers these ROSCO colour filter foils. These are precisely matched to the spectrum of the incandescent bulb (not LED) to guarantee colour quality.

heile heile expressly recommends the classic incandescent bulb for the application of colourlight according to Dinshah. Only the incandescent bulb emits thermal radiation as well as visible and invisible near-infrared radiation. This is the only way to achieve the complete spectral composition of the colourlight. This stimulates energy production in the cells and has a regulating effect on the body's metabolic processes. The incandescent bulb emits over 40 per cent of its energy in the wavelengths of the colour spectrum between 600 and 1400 nanometres. LED Light (white light-emitting diodes), which is produced solely by mixing red, green and blue, lacks the biologically valuable spectral range as well as thermal radiation. LED light cannot produce a complete colour spectrum. Furthermore, LEDs flicker, which further impairs their effectiveness.

In the EU, traditional incandescent bulbs have been banned from sale for normal domestic use since 2012; however, bulbs that have already been purchased or are held in stock may still be used. Heile heile has a stock for the colourlight lamp sets.
