You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (Other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit the completed withdrawal form or another clear statement to heile heile. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (by email) confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to heile heile, Sinagasse 10, 2540 Bad Vöslau, Austria, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you post the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
Special provisions for digital content — loss of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not stored on a tangible medium, such as PDFs, if you have expressly agreed that performance of the contract is to commence before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you were aware that, by giving this consent, you were waiving your right of withdrawal. There is therefore no right of withdrawal for digital content if, in the case of the supply of digital content not stored on a tangible medium, such as e- books, if — ith your express consent, coupled with your acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal in the event of early commencement of contract performance, and following the provision of a copy or confirmation in accordance with section 5(2) FAGG or section 7(3) FAGG —we have commenced delivery before the expiry of the withdrawal period under section 1 1 FAGG.
